By accessing or using CliAura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CliAura is an AI-powered clip intelligence platform that analyzes video content to detect viral-worthy moments, segment clips at musical phrase boundaries, and score each clip for engagement potential. The core video processing runs entirely in your browser using WebGPU and WebAssembly.

3. Privacy and Data Processing

Your video files are processed entirely client-side in your browser. We do not upload, store, or access your video content on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Optional integrations (Nextcloud sync, social media posting via Ayrshare) may transmit data to third-party services. These are opt-in and clearly indicated in the interface.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to your video content. CliAura does not claim ownership of any content you process through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you analyze or distribute using CliAura.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content you do not have rights to
• Distribute copyrighted material without authorization
• Generate misleading or deceptive content
• Circumvent platform-specific content policies
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

6. AI-Generated Content

CliAura generates captions, hashtags, titles, and viral scores using AI algorithms. These are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting to social media platforms.

7. Free and Pro Tiers

The free tier provides full access to core features with a CliAura watermark on exports. Pro tier ($9/month) removes the watermark and adds cloud sync capabilities. Pricing may change with notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that viral scores will predict actual content performance. AI analysis results are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

CliAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
